I just got an email for an interview for the program! My interview is Feb 8th at 1pm. Has anyone else received interviews??

I did as well! Congratulations everyone!!! I’ve been told by a colleague of mine (RN/NP alumni from CBU) to be prepared to answer why we want to be nurses. I think this answer will be different for many of us but at least we can be ready. I look forward to meeting you all! God bless you all ?

I’m so glad I found this topic discussion! I also got the email for the ELMSN 2019 interview in February! I just graduated from CBU in December of 2018!

Hey all! I will also be at the interview this Friday @1pm. Reading from past threads there's three parts and we will be in large groups. I am really nervous to have such a big group (~10) because I am worried not everyone will get to speak that much in order to make a good impression. Does anyone know if one of the parts will be an essay?

How did everyone do on their PAX exam if you don't mind me asking?

Essay? Ugh...

i got a 147 on my exam. I’m not sure how I stack up with everyone else, but I hope it’s a good score.

That's pretty good!! Better than I did ? I got a 128. I'm dreading the essay portion too!

Wow, congrats on the 147! I got a 144 and from what I can tell from the report I am in the 97th percentile for RN so you're pretty up there.

I got a composite score of 150 on the PAX.

Does anyone know what to expect for the essay portion? Like, potential topics and how long the essay should be and how much time we'll have to write?

Personally, I'm more anxious about the group interview. I get that it's much more time efficient for them to do it this way, but I wish we could have individual interviews where we're not all having to compete for attention.
