Hello everyone! Does anyone have a report sheet that would be helpful in Cath Lab Recovery? I am a graduate nurse started there. Thank you!

We had a really generic one up until we went live with EPIC since "everything was in the chart" All it had on it was last vitals, meds given, treatments done, last ACT, access site and closure device used.
