Published

So, here I go again.. :)

I stopped studying for a while (which sucks) but

Now Im getting back again.

I study by myself so I really have nobody to review with so Im (virtually) connecting through here.

My att is until October. Anybody on the same boat as me?.. This is not my first take on the exam btw.

Lets go!

one1morestep You did it!!!! Congrats to you!!!! So Happy for you..

 Way to go RN!!!

The Saunders Comprehensive Review book is really good. I also used the Saunders Q& A Review book and the questions were a bit more difficult in the Saunder Q& A book than in the Comprehensive Review book, but I think the Saunders Comprehensive Review book helped me more. I wish I had known about it during my nursing courses, as it is good to use for school test preparations. The rationales really help even if you answer correctly (gives you more info).

Also got the FEUER Pharmacology CD audio and booklet set from Amazon and the lectures were so good that I went and bought the CD audio set by Feuer which is a 28 CD audio set and comes with a 4 study booklets for MedSurg, Women/ Maternal Child , Peds, and Psych. It is nice, because if you get tired of looking at books and feel overwhelmed, you can then turn on your CD player and gain lots of info as well as just "stuff" that will help you be a more critically thinking RN. Great for when you are driving or even just want to sit in a chair and relax more. The nurses really present the material better than any school lectures I had. The CDs really focus on what is important and make it interesting so you don't forget it. It was well worth the money.

I also did some of the CD questions that came with Saunders books.

Before I got the Saunder's books and Feuer, I was going through the Lippincott QA book, but did not find it very helpful.
