Case Western Reserve University LEAP Certificate Pathway - Summer 2025

Hello! I wanted to create this thread for updates for those applying to the LEAP Certificate program through Case Western the deadline is December 6. I'm nervous, but excited! I did attend one of their information sessions over the Summer and they mentioned that all applications would be reviewed at the same time. There was no early decisions. All applications would be reviewed once the application cycle has closed and that we'll start hearing responses in January.

Don't feel like a failure, that interview was pretty unique and rough. I also don't know how to feel about mine but did my best. The EI questions were definitely worded in a unique way and it was super intimidating to be interviewed by all the program directors, so nerves were at an all time high. 
 

Some of the clinical questions for sure caught me off guard considering how intense I studied LOL. 

 

Thank you for the encouraging words. Yes, very surface questions that I overlooked them and answered to clinical questions wrong because I was thinking that they were going to ask more critical questions. Outside of our interview does anyone know over the next two weeks if they'll be reviewing us holistically as an applicant? or is it just them collaborating over how strong or weak we did during our interviews?
 

The supporting documents that were taken into consideration for us to receive interview spots. Does anyone know if they will be reviewing that information in addition to our interview when they're selecting spots? I'm still a little confused on this entire process any insight anyone has a would be great.

The 15th is a Saturday so I am thinking maybe we will here Friday the 14th or maybe that following Monday ? Just a thought. Hang in there everyone.

I was told the 14th during my interview. I'm still stalking my email several a times a day hoping we find out earlier!

Same. I was hoping we would find out earlier too, especially with the ADCE meeting being the 12th -15th.

I know your anxiety is through the roof.

Hang in there. The ADCE is still ongoing and we found out the Monday after.
