hello there,
lecture is once a week on TEAMS and clinicals were twice a week. One for med-surg and one for mental health at the same time. They give you days that you can choose to go on clinicals but first come first serve. I just heard back from my instructor saying that they are transitioning us to going back to the campus starting April 6th. Nothing is final yet but there’s a high chance that two RN cohorts will be there at the same time but as they say, nothings final due to the severity and changes of COVID. I really liked being online because I lived an hour away but at the same time having that in class experience will be better for learning too. We’re getting a lot of good clinical sites so you guys are coming in at a very good time if you’re coming in April. Hope that answers your questions. Have a wonderful evening.

Right now the staff are working very hard on trying to get the new cohort’s schedule situated and the seniors as well. We haven’t received our second term’s schedule yet and it’s starting next week. Last time I heard is that they were working on you guy’s schedule with great clinical sites and decisions if you guys should be coming back to class for lecture or will be using TEAMS. You should be hearing back in a week or two.

1x lecture & 2x clinicals per week -- is this pretty much the same through the entire 8-month program?
Because it's an RN program, I assumed it would be 5 days but am pleasantly and happily surprised it's 3 only.

I hear you. One of the reasons for this post was to prepare for the possibility of staying overnight in Sacramento because I live 1.5hrs away one-way, without traffic.
Thank you so, so much for the information!
I just got the emails this morning about orientation & supplies pick-up. Thanks for the information! ?

Hi guys! I was just wondering how you guys are doing and if you are ready for tomorrow. I remember being super excited to start, but now I am just as nervous!
