You should look in your careplan textbook. Ineffective airway clearance is well represented there.

i understand you "need" a careplan for ineffective airway clearance. however, if you were expecting to find one to copy and use, forget it. you have to make your own careplan. that's how this careplan thing works. each careplan is customized and unique for each patient.
now, the way you go about this is you follow the nursing process. i'm curious as to how you decided your patient has ineffective airway clearance to begin with. how did you come to that decision?
there is a step-by-step process to writing a care plan. these are the steps:
what is your assessment data that leads you to the conclusion that your patient in unable to clear the secretions from/or that secretions are blocking their airway? without that information, your care plan is going no further because all your goals and nursing interventions are going to be based upon that data. you see, every patient is unique, so their assessment data will be unique. for this reason their careplan will be unique and customized.
here is information about the nursing diagnosis of ineffective airway clearance, but it's not going to be of much help to you without that assessment data: [color=#3366ff]ineffective airway clearance and http://www1.us.elsevierhealth.com/merlin/gulanick/constructor/index.cfm?plan=02
