Capitol Police suing Trump for inciting riot that caused their injuries!

This could be a significant development! Those videos aren't going to go away if this goes to court and it's going to force the courts, police officers and the justice system to pick a side. They already have the nation's sympathy and this could possibly drag in Fox, AON and everyone else who instigated the insurrection. 

This leads to the discovery process where all evidence would be subpoenaed and heavily scrutinized! 

This doesn't stop with just the two police officers because no matter how this plays out, settlement? everyone including the dead police officers families will jump on board. Congress? Can they sue? Can Asian Americans? Hispanics? Black people? 

In my opinion this could be a landmark Supreme Court case re how the media relates news and this could affect facebook, Twitter etc. I really hope that civil rights lawyers will use this case properly! It could define this fake news ***! 

Bill Barr, Roger Stone and how many others are involved? Precedent will be set either way. Trial or Settlement!
