Cape Fear Valley Residency Feb 2014

I just applied to Cape Fear's program yesterday and received an application packet...working on that now. Deadline is Nov 15. Just wondering who else applied or if anyone has any information regarding the program from past cohorts. This would be a great place to share your experiences and to encourage one another during the application process. Gluck!

I have also applied and I am waiting to hear back. I would like any info others would like to share. If called, I will be traveling from Missouri. I have read great reviews on various blogs (allnurses.com included). Mostly they talk about the camaraderie which is great, but I get terribly nervous in interviews so any info on that would be much appreciated! I have also had trouble with my yahoo account lately due to the recent new formatting of the website; I hope that hasn't hurt my chances, fingers crossed! I hope you and I hear back soon, Lmonchin, and good luck on the interview Clementine1! I am so excited to start working as a nurse, if you couldn't tell from all the exclamation marks, and I like the idea of "sharing experiences and encouraging one another." Hopefully more people will post!

I applied to 2 of their programs, each 3 weeks apart and interviewed for both the same day. It took a few weeks

It wasn't bad! Just be yourself and be confident. Everyone was so nice so it wasn't scary haha What program have you all applied for?
