Cape Cod nurses??

Hi. I am a RN with several years experience in Corrections, Hospice, Geriatrics, Home health, med. surg., etc. I am hoping to re-locate to the Cape this summer from Las Vegas. I need a job! Does anyone know anywhere that's hiring? I appreciate any help I can get. It's hard trying to find a job when living across the country. Thanks.

Hi there! I just graduated from nursing school on the Cape, and I'm guessing that Hospice would be your best bet....the senior population here is through the roof!!!

It's a great place to live, low crime and gorgeous beaches. Much better for the established nurse though! Let me know if you have any questions about the Cape!! :)

there are alot of LTC facilities here. some are good, some are bad.

if you pm me ill let you in on them and how it is where i work

Hi, I am moving to Cape Cod. Can you recommend any LTC facility or a staffing agency around Falmouth. I'm LPN. Would appreciate any information.

There was a recent thread started by Cape Cod Mermaid, titled, I believe, "Where are all the Nurses?", where she said that she is looking for some employees. She is the DON of a facility in that area. I would send CCM a PM or look for that thread. Good luck getting work.

Just noticed that the OP was in 2008. Hope they were able to find a good job.

THANKS
