hi everyone, i'm currently working in Saudi as home healthcare nurse and i'm interested in applying for CAP program to n.z, can I take iel here in Saudi or does it need to be taken in the phil?

This comment on the New Zealand Nursing Council website indicates that CAP has to be done in New Zealand with an approved establishment/school

The Council strongly recommends that you do not make plans to move to New Zealand until you have completed the registration process (or have been advised to complete a competence assessment programme and secured a placement on the programme, if necessary).

The high demand for places in the competency assessment programmes means that there is a current waiting time of over 12 months to get into most of these programmes. A person who has been informed they need to complete a competency assessment programme may not be able to gain entry into one within the time period of their application.
