Can't access ATI Online Assessment Package

Hey everyone, so i'm schedule to takes the TEAS on Monday and have been trying to access the online practice tests i've paid for; however, the tests themselves are not showing up on my ATI account even though i've received confirmation email and it shows my ATI account itself that it was purchased. Can anyone help or explain where to find it on my account? I called but they are out of the office until Monday and i kinda need what i paid for right now

Have you tried the simple. Log out. Clear your cache, cookies & browser history. Shut down your browser, restart your computer and try again!

In the email that ATI sent you after your purchase, there are 2 separate assessment id's and passwords. You must enter those each time you take a practice test. You are able to take each practice test twice! Good luck!
