So, I just took the exam today...it was tough. I did very well in class, but I'm just not sure how I did on this one. So many ambiguous questions.
The next six weeks waiting for results is going to be a killer!
Thoughts?

Thanks; yes, its good to be done and start the hussles of job search. I went for an interview today (agency) and they told me they would be interested to hire somebody with 1 year experience.
Anybody know any LTC hiring right now? Need to start paying my OSAP.
Hey anybody in Toronto area who knows where they are hiring new grads?

I too wrote the exam Sept 10th, here in Victoria. I felt Camosun College prepared us very well for this particular exam. I used the prep guides for study and practice. I felt confident writing the exam. My results arrived Tuesday Oct 14 with a pass. I started a casual postion Sept 17 at Saan Pen Hospital in Acute Care (VIHA) and also casual at Victoria Hospice (my heart of heart choices). Congrats to all those who passed, and all the best in your new careers. Blessings

I have applied at HFO about 8 jobs; none has called me. Was surprised to hear one of my friends got hired at a hospital after I had applied for the same position; when I asked her, she said she knows somebody who knows somebody who said apply -- you that kind of a thing. Kind of disappointing. I called about 3 of them and was told that the positions being advertised have already been filled. Working at LTC now Part-time but would love to work in the hospital to build up my experience.
