Hi There,

Can a hope to be a nurse in canada achieve through working as a health care aide ( at nursing home) at the beginning while studying for IELTS and CRNE ? Is there any registration as a health care aide in canada ? If work as a health care aide in canada, can we apply for immigrant visa?

Can anyone provide any information, it would be appreciated. Thank you^_^

Getting a work permit for health care aide I think will be hard, I would say a lot will depend on which province you are looking at and what work is available as a nurse. Probably better to go through the process before you move to Canada and you can apply as a skilled worker as long as you meet requirements as set out on the CIC website

You would have to see if health care aide is on the skilled worker list. You would have to have the proper visa if you wanted to work while waiting to write the CRNE.
