I'm about to graduate in Dec. I've been looking into schools and The College Network and Indiana State University sounds to good to be true. I'm graduating the LPN program at Penn Valley in Kansas City. I'm being told that I can get the few general education classes done through the College Network and that Indiana State University will accept them. Afterwards I'll be accepted into ISU with no waiting list and I can finish the nursing core classes at my own pace. I've read that people had problems in the past with getting checks to pay for their tests, but that doesn't seem to be the issue any longer because now it's the individual's responsibility to pay for their exams. Can someone please tell me they finished the program successfully and if they have any advice on whether it is definitely not a scam. Thanks so much!
The college network is shady, DO NOT GO THERE. I think ISU is fine, but I have friends who were going there when our BRN suddenly decided students here couldn't attend ISU anymore and they were left high and dry with useless credits and money spent so personally I wouldn't go the route either.

I had to take the NET test prior to admission into a classroom-based LPN-to-ASN bridge program. The number of fellow LPNs who failed it was mind-blowing. I also had to take an entrance exam prior to enrolling in an online RN-to-BSN program. Some licensed RNs failed that test, too.
