Can Recruiters See How Many Times You Took The NCLEX-RN?

Basically what the title says. Just curious.

AFAIK, no. But recruiters and potential employers can see when you graduated from school and when you got licensed and, if there is a significant gap between the two, a lot of people are going to be curious.

Well i know here in ohio when you look a person up on the BON it will show how many times they applied to take the test and if an application is pending or closed or whether the person is licensed. If it says "closed" and right below it if it says "pending" chances is that person failed and has scheduled to take the exam again.
