Thank you guys for your responses.
I have give many advises here and there to encourage people to go for whatever they desire.
but I find it difficult to put my own first step forward.
Instead of wasting time being indecisive, I guess I will put that time into filling out one of those applications
I think it will depend on what part of the country you are in. Around me the PRN rates are not standardized.. they depend on experience. And in TN I find it very different than farther south.. here they will not even discuss PRN unless they have an actual job slot for it..I was used to PRN being the more...the better idea for employers.
But ask and see if they will quote, never hurts to try.
My feedback is that there is no such thing as "feedbacks".
It is both singular and pleural like deer.
Please let me point you in the right direction:

I am thinking about trying out some per diem position at either hospials or some of Nursing agencies.
My plan is to send them a e-mail first to see how much they are offering for per diem position.
I don't want to do the long process of application and hear something undesireable.
what do you think?
Is it alright to ask about the pay first?
Thank you for your responses :)
