Hello
I graduated 2012 and took NCLEX PN ILLINOIS 3 times and failed, due to anxiety and getting married. Now my 3 years expired, I guess my question is, Can i take Nclex PN exam in a different state even though my 3 years expired in IL. Whats my next option?

you apply to the state board of nursing in the state in which you wish a license... you can then take the NCLEX in any state you wish.... are you attempting to get around the IL BON rules by applying in a different state that does not have such a time limit and then endorse back into IL?? This may not be possible and would need to be directed directly to the state BON before making such a decision.
i was thinking going to INDIANA to take the NCLEX and trying to endorse it back to IL. But i wanted to know if anyone has try it and done it in a different state. Or wanting to know if someone has done it before? Thanks for the comment, it really help a lot.
you don't actually have to travel to Indiana to take the NCLEX.. you can apply to the Indiana BON for you authorization to test and then you can sit for the exam in IL... if you pass then you will receive an Indiana license...
The NCLEX is the same exam no matter which state you take it... as far as if Il will allow you endorse for your IL license, hope someone that has actually been through the process comes along that can answer that specific question for you.
Best of luck.
but i still have to apply for Indiana BON for me to take the NCLEX PN.

Let's try this again :)
The NCLEX is a national exam, and is the same test no matter where in the United States you are sitting at the time you take it. HOWEVER, the State that authorizes you to take the test at all is the State to which you are applying for licensure.
You can apply to whatever State for which you meet licensing requirements, pay the application fees and request an ATT. If they issue you one, you take it ANYWHERE (scheduled through Pearson Vue).
If the State that authorized you to test issues you a license, you can then apply to the IL State BoN for an endorsement (essentially, another license, that allows you to practice in that State).
If they issue you one, great. Usually it's not a big deal, but you should know it IS up to each State to determine what they will and won't accept as an endorsement. You might want to check with IL's BoN to be sure you aren't wasting your time and money, first.
You also should consider what about this testing go-round makes it likely that you would pass, when you failed previously....maybe a review course is in order?
