Hi everyone!

I'm interested if anyone else has applied to CAMC/UCWV for the 2025 cohort? I know it was a crazy turnaround time, with first day for application submission starting May 3rd and last day ending May 24th, but I hope there are others out there so we can compare experiences! Let me know 🙂

Hi! I applied recently , can't find much about the program tbh , with classes starting August 19th god forbid I get in , do you know if the first semester is online ?

They just got approval for a bunch of changes to the program as CAMC and Marshall have combined and then partnered with UCWV. They don't have much information available on their website about what those changes are, but I am assuming it starts off immediately in person. I don't know if it's just me but I think they also increased tuition with the merger? And now no longer require CCRN. I don't know a ton otherwise, but I really really hope all of the clinical sites are still within 60 miles as it's the biggest reason I want to go to this program versus others. I hope we hear back and can ask all our questions comfortably. I also hope the interviews are offered online, because my job is really not that lenient with scheduling changes unless given 2 months' notice!!

I don't know much at all about the program or the area, I'm from out of state. I did read somewhere though that interviews are in-person and I believe all of the semesters are in-person as well. Definitely stressful to think that if I get in, I have to get all my ducks in a row and move to another state in like two months, LOL. Hoping for the best!

June 10-12 – In-person interviews on campus 

I coincidentally work all those days Nightshift LOL but would love to be on the first day to get it over with LOL 🤞 and hopefully fly back .

 

I'm really hoping to get in , I am from out of state so it is a total change in pace and everything . I hope they give the opportunity to ask questions about the program because even though I'd be grateful to get accepted I want to be set up for success as well.

The website says June 17-19th for interviews. Did this change? I'll definitely need to try to get a couple shifts changed if it's the 10-12th. 🤔

The site said the 17-19 but an email I got from the school had those dates , so I don't know 🤷🏻‍♀️ 

 

The email I'm referring to was sent on March 19th
