Just curious for those OR nurses who take call...what do you get an hour to take call?

I think I get around 15/hr standby. Time and a half for getting called in min 2hrs paid. I'm in CA Sacramento area.

I receive $5.50/hr to be on call. Time and a half 4 hrs minimum if called in. Wilmington de area.

At our facility, we get $3 per hour to carry pager. If called in, we get time and a half pay and a minimum of three hours pay. We also lose the $3 per hour for the time we are working :)

Wow ... that is some incentive!

What about TN? Knoxville?

We get 75% of base pay to be on call. Time and a half if you’re called in, 4 hour minimum.
Being on call here is next to impossible though cause people snatch it up like hot buns, and surgeons make special requests for techs so only certain people get it.

half hourly pay for call. so around $35/hr Cali, union hospital.

CA Bay Area hospital. Get 1/2 our regular pay rate for duration of 'on call' time. If we get called in its time & a half for the entire called in period. It's a pretty good deal all round so everyone actually wants to do call.

$3.50 on call pay. $60/hr if called in, which is time and a half. (2 hr minimum) Southeast MI.

California Bay Area Academic hospital. We get 1/2 our base pay per hour on call (roughly $45-$50/hr) then time and a half when called in. We are union represented nurses.
