I haven't personally talked with everyone in my cohort but it seems like most of us had high undergrad GPAs (above 3.5s) and mostly A's, if not all A's, in prereqs. I don't personally know of anyone who didn't have volunteer and/or work experience before this program. My cohort is the next to graduate so we did not have interviews. However, I'm almost positive that everyone accepted in the later cohort was asked to submit a video during the application period. It's a very holistic cohort. We have parents, we have people not born here, we have people fresh out of undergrad, we have people who had entire lives and careers before nursing. It really seems like they wanted multiple types of people with lots of different nursing pathways to come together in their cohorts.

I haven't gotten an interview but this is a response I got today  when I emailed CSUN about decision data.

"Thank you for your email. The review process is not complete and decisions have not been made but the department has requested for additional time to complete their review. I am not sure if all qualified applicants were interviewed, unfortunately I am unaware of the process the department uses. At this time, I suggest all applicants to continue to check their CSUN emails for updates. I believe the notices are scheduled to go out starting on June 18th. Once the department has selected the applicants, they will also have waiting list which is also selected by the committee. I hope this information was helpful. Thank you for your patience a have a wonderful day.

Is one of those views yours or did the selection committee view your interview twice?

I so hope you're right! Since they extended the deadline for people's videos, I'm going to be pleasantly surprised if they actually stick to the 6/18 deadline.

does anyone else have a new view on their interview? 
 

im anxious bc I checked my Youtube analytics and it shows that for the 1 view I have they only viewed 15% of my interview :(.
