Hey all, I took the NCLEX 2/1, shut off at 75, no results yet. My classmate took it on a Thursday, got her name on the website following Tuesday. I am pretty sure my file is complete so cannot think of any reason not to see my name posted other than failing. I am so miserable. Anybody else from California have classmates that got quick results and yours was delayed even if you passed. I know it can be variable, but this is killing me. Only hope I can grasp on to is that when I did fingerprint scan, she had alot of trouble and told me she was not sure if they could read and accept it, said they would contact me if I needed to repeat it but never heard anything more about it so assumed it was okay. I know no one can tell me it's okay, I just don't have anywhere to go with this grief and worry, reading this forum helps. Please, i need your good thoughts and prayers

I have a friend who took it on Feb 1st too and no results. I took mine on Feb 5th and no results. Friends who took it in the beginning of January got results on Jan 26, same as a friend of mine who took it on Jan 24th, so some have to wait 2 days and some like a month. I know it sucks. I have been checking the brn site every 2 minutes I swear. The soonest I have heard of is one day in CA and the longest is 4 weeks though a poster on this site said still waiting after 9 weeks. That seems a little odd though. I don't know why they can't just subscribe to quick results like the rest of the world. Just looking at my classmates results it seems like they posted about 3-4 weeks worth on the 26th of January and then they posted like a weeks worth on Feb 1, but my friend who took it on the 1st was not included in these results. Keep our fingers crossed. I'll post as soon as I know and let everyone know how long it took. Please do the same.

Do not lose hope. The minimum amount of days I've seen is 3 business days up to 2 weeks on the website. However, if your name is not posted, it does NOT mean you did not pass. I had one colleague who had 75 questions and had not heard in 2 weeks. She finally called them and they said that they could not read her fingerprints, so she had to resend them. (They had not contacted her to say they couldn't read them!!) Once they got them, she found out she had passed. So don't assume your file is "complete". It also depends on how quickly the school sends your transcripts in to the CA BON. So after 2 weeks, I would say you should call them (be prepared to wait on hold awhile) and ask whether your file is complete. It also depends on the volume of candidates at that particular time. If there were a high number of candidates, it could take longer.
I had 75 questions and saw my name in 3 days on the web. Good luck!
(P.S. To all those foreign grads, you must have your SSN, otherwise, you will not hear your results in California.)
Thank you all for your support and kind words, I found out this morning I PASSED!!!!!!!!:roll it took 4 business days here in California. I swear, the waiting for results is the most painful part. It is nice we have this place to support each other, this stuff is not for the faint of heart, LOL.
Hang in there, I will be thinking good thoughts for you. I found out from the class ahead of me that they all got their results at different times, some in 2-3 days, some 1-2 weeks!! I don't know why we don't have access to the quick results, waiting is just cruel. Let me know how you do

hi smile123!you mentioned that the result of the exam also depends on how quickly the school sends the transcripts...my question is are those transcripts different from those which our school sent upon application for NCLEX examination? because i am a foreign graduate student and i already took the test here in california...i am getting worried now because it's been two weeks since i took the test and still i have no idea on how i did the exam...i don't know what to think now maybe the reason why my results are taking forever is because i failed the exam...
