Hi,
Does anyone know when the application periods and how the process goes?
Thanks
Yes same! Did you hear anything from the recruiter/HR since doing drug test and on-boarding process? I haven't heard anything since!
I'm internal so i didn't need to do any drug tests or anything anymore. All the preboarding specialist made me do was to submit my education. But i haven't heard back since then. Haven't received a schedule or anything yet. I'll post on here once i get more info :) by the way, what unit are you on?
I am just applying for the program-deadline of 1/22/18 and program to begin in April. Can anyone give me a heads up on interview questions asked? I am starting to prepare, I find my biggest issue is trying to write my letter of intent for some reason. I am having complete writers block. Also I see they ask about what 2 units you desire to work on. If those are unavailable do they reveal what positions are open and ask you to choose from those? I have a real interest in the Cath lab, but I dont think they would put a new nurse in that environment so I dont want to waste their time by choosing that, or should I just go for it??
No they won't say anything about ithe4 options. You gotta stick to the 2 choices you put. So if you put med/surg and peds for example and none available they just won't select you but I don't think you will know why.
Know that usually ER, ICU, and peds usually go to internals first, so make your choices wisely.
I know they only had 5 ICU spots for the January one. ER spots all went to internals and they had no PACU.
Hope this helps
