Is this a paid position?
Not yet. I am trying to figure out how the program actually works and how long it will last. Which specialties are you interested in?

I have applied! Waiting to hear back. Applied for Peds and ER but was told there is not a lot of openings in ER as they are given to more experienced nurses and peds is extremely small and they are not opening up any positions as they have none at this time. My friends sister did the program @ St. John's and started at 35/hr
Yes this is paid
Are you a new grad?

The FAQs page says "TIP programs range from 8 weeks to 30 weeks, depending on the complexity of the practice specialty".
For those who applied, can you let us know what teh process is? How you ahve been contacted ect... Thanks!
The application window just closed last Friday so I think it will be a few weeks before we hear back! All I have gotten so far are emails saying my application was received.
