Hi,
I applied/am applying to 3 schools. (So few, right?) Anyway, I applied to CSU East Bay, San Jose State, and Ohlone College.
I don't really know what my chances are since I have a poor early academic history due to being a wild teenager. You live and you learn! My Pre-req GPA is 3.88 and my TEAS V is 92.7. I also have prior healthcare experience so that helps at CSUEB. So I am praying that I get into a program...
Good luck to you!!

1.) I applied to two lottery schools in Sacramento, USF, and Dominican university. I also applied to another lottery school in the bay area.
2.) I dunno how my chances are of getting in since three schools are lottery and many people apply. I'm hoping to get into to start somewhere this fall.
3.) TEAS isn't counted at USF or Dominican I don't think, but I did good enough to be admitted into the lottery programs if I get accepted. My pre-req GPA is about 3.6.

1) I applied to USF (got in going there now), CSUEB and SFSU
2) Eh I don't know! I feel like my chances of getting into SFSU are higher since I have tons of multicultural experience, plus volunteer work, plus second language. I know SF is big on diversity, I think that is part of what got me into USF
3) Prereq GPA is 3.7-3.8 I can't remember, TEAS score 80% so it's not the best.
Have you heard from SFSU or CSUEB?
I'm dying in anticipation! USF if great but its very long and expensive. Not worth it for a transfer.
Oh and USF isn't lottery. It's just that they look at what kind of person you are overall since you include a personal statement. Best of luck to all!

I appplied to cal state east bay nursing program and I'm so anxious these days as the acceptance in the program is gonna change the direction of my life.
I called east bay today and they said that they are going to send out the acceptance letters sometimes this week. I can't even begin to describe how nervous I am these days.
My pre req GPA was a 3.88 (I only got a B in one of my pre reqs.)
I took the teas test only once altough the school allowed two tries, I got a 84 on my first try and wanted to take it a second time but didn't go through. ( main reason why I'm so nervous now I wish I took the second
I also got 5 extra points for speaking a foreign launguage fluently.

I applied to 20 schools, all community colleges in CA and a couple in WY.
Chances of getting in are great, Ive already gotten into 3, and an alternate at 1!!
My GPA for pre reqs is i think a 3.8, and my TEAS score was 74.4. i did get some extra points for having a bachelors, working while doing my pre reqs, and also qualifying for financial aid.

1) what schools did you apply? csula, csulb, csusb, citrus college and rcc
2) what do you think your chances of getting in are? depends on the school. i feel i have a good chance of getting into rcc. i got interviewed at csulb but i doubt i will get in. my chances of getting into csula also suck. csusb is a toss up as well as citrus.
3) prereq gpa, teas score?pre-req gpa is 4.0 in sciences. ge gpa depending on what is used is between a 3.0-3.5. teas score is 84% (bad) and i currently have healthcare experience.
