Calculator on NLN???

Does anybody know if you are allowed to use a calculator on the NLN RN Preadmission exam at DTCC .. and if so are there any restrictions on the type of calculator??

No calculators are allowed. You can use the booklet to do your work on, but you are not allowed a calculator. Have to know how to figure out the problems on your own.

I don't attend that school, but typically you are unable to use calculators on the NET or NLN, or other similar exams. Math problems on those pre-admission exams are not that difficult -- just practice conversions, percents, fractions, etc. and you should do fine.
