Hey all, just wondering who is applying to the Spring cohort at CSUSM. I actually applied to Fall and was accepted but had to defer to get better situated for the move. It worked out too because this is the cohort that is at the main campus, which I greatly prefer.

I live in Los Angeles now so looking forward to life in a beach town, even though we'll be studying non stop haha. If anyone has any questions about the application process let me know. I had 36 points so should be good, but am considering retaking the TEAs exam.

No acceptances yet..

They just sent a redundant email to access the "MyCUSM" page to check on to-do list items and status of the application.

Hopefully acceptances will go out by the end of this week!!

I just received my eval with 31 points. I know it is a bit on the low side but I'm hopeful for an acceptance. Does anyone know when we will find out about acceptances/denials?

Emailed them this morning about it and they responded:

"Hello,

For Spring 2019, Decisions will potentially go out in the next coming weeks.

Let me know if I can be of any further assistance.

..."

I'm still waiting for my point eval and its driving me crazy! How long ago did you apply? Just wondering how long it has been taking them to evaluate each student...

Hi guys! Stumbled upon this page while looking around for information on dates acceptance letters are sent out. I applied for Spring 2018! I currently live in San Diego but originally from Santa Cruz county. I applied on 8/7/18 and received my eval on 8/29/18. Then I got the application submission confirmation email on 9/10 which I thought was the acceptance letter because I never got this email when I submitted my application. When I called they said it was probably a glitch in their system. Super eager to see if I got in or not. Been out of school for 3 years now. Can't wait to possibly meet some of you in Spring 2019 :)

Hi all! Been following this thread and thought I'd make an account cause my status changed to "admitted" this morning!!! Anyone else's change? I applied at the end of July and got my points evaluation in the middle of August, when my AP scores were finally sent (took about 3 weeks). Can't wait to meet some of you in the spring!

Hey everyone! I applied for the Fall and got rolled into Spring because my grades hadn't posted in time. Just checked my account this morning and it looks like I was accepted for Spring! I live in Sacramento so this is going to be a big move for me. So excited to start and to meet many of you soon!

My application updated to "Admitted" this morning too! So excited! Can't wait to meet everyone else!

Hi everyone! I made an account this morning as well after seeing my status changed to "Admitted!" My application was submitted on the actual priority deadline 08/08. I also submitted my AP scores and those were updated on 08/29. I received my point evaluation on 09/10. Congrats to everyone mentioning they're acceptances thus far! Can't wait to meet you all!

Hi Everyone!

I woke up to an email congratulating me with an acceptance to Cal State San Marcos' "program" but I don't know my username and have to wait for them to email me back to check what in the world that means! Did anyone who was admitted also get this email??

If it's the email that says "we are pleased to offer you conditional admission", then you're in! Congrats! I'm not sure why they didn't type in "ABSN program" on the admission letter though. Maybe whoever sends out those emails forgot to update the letter?
