I emailed the CABON and asked how long it would be go get the results of your NCLEX. They wrote back and said it would be sent to you in 30 days. I wrote back and asked if I could get the results online. They said you can view it online if you passed, but couldn't if you failed. But still did not say when it would be available to view online, assuming you passed.
Anyone know how long it takes them to get the results on the website?
Thanks
mv

I have heard of people who were able to confirm that they had a license by doing a search for their name as early as a day or two after they took the exam. If you are a new grad though, and your school hasn't yet sent in the documentation that the BON needs to prove that you have completed your degree, then the BON will not process your results until your school as done so.
Our school warned us that the earliest that the BON would have our degrees posted was mid Feb, because that is the soonest that the program could get the school to process our degrees. The program has told the BON that we have completed the program, which is why we can test, but since we applied as graduates, we have to wait for the paperwork to catch up with us. This is why I am not taking the test until Feb, because I know that I will be a bundle of nerves between the time I take the test and the time that I receive the results.
I don't know if this helped you at all, but this is the case for me. By the way, good luck!!!!!

Thank you for your reply.
I am not a new grad, I am having to take the NCLEX again because it lapsed, and you have to take it again if it has been over 8 years. So I don't have to worry about school documents are anything. They already have them.
Thanks again for replying.
