CA-LVN Application Timeline

HI everyone! I would like to make a thread for those who applied and are applying for LVN here in California with the permission to the ADMIN, the timeline of LVN application from submitting/mailing the application to receiving the eligibility. Thank you

Date Submitted: November 21, 2013 and still WAITING. :whistling:

Who said its 12 months? The bvnpt? I've read somewhere that now they are processing fast... like just 1 to 2 months wait for the declaration thing to come... when did they cash your check? Was it also a week? I think as soon as they cash the check they are starting with the evaluation. Also I have read in one of the old forums that it took a month for the bvnpt to encash the check. But with my application it just took them a week. So I guess the flow of application now is better than how it used to be....

What i mean the 12 months is all in all the process.. I dont know how long will the declaration be sent to us if its 1-2 months.

The whole process of applying for the nclex-pn I think won't take a year now...yes for the last few years it did take a year. But now they are faster. I've read others just took 1 to 3 months for the whole process of application. I really wish this is also true for me and for u.

I hope it will take only 1-3 mo ths. But the review center wher i will review said i take 12 months for the whole process.

Just be positive... and just believe it will just be couple of months. :)

Im not yet reviewing cause the review center told me that if i review right now its to early... Wher you from by the way?

I am from LA, u? Do u want to enroll and review together if we just live close by? I think since we submitted the same month.. more or less we'll have the same timeline for the eligibility. :)

Where in LA? Where do you plan to review?

I have heard ahec is really good. But artesia is kinda far from me not to mention the traffic along the way. There is kaplan near my location but I read bad reviews about it. So might as well read first my study resources and see if I can handle it with self review or not.

Hi. I just sent my declaration form last Aug 8 and it's Sept 3 now and no mail yet. Anyone with same situation with me? I called BVNPT and they said they are processing July 19 applicants and can't give an assurance as how many weeks will I need to wait for the eligibility. I've seen in previous posts that the fastest reply is 2 weeks after declaration form is sent. Hay. I want to be an LVN asap

Hi may I know when did u submit your lvn application? And how long did it take the bvnpt to send your declaration papers?
