Hello!
I have a question regarding about endorsement a license to CA. My case is this, i'm a foreign graduate of nursing, to be exact i am from Philippines. I took my nclex exam in the state of CA last 2010 and passed, they send me a letter requiring an SSN number they gave me 3 years to comply this but unfornately i could not get an SSN just in time, what i did is i endorse my license to NY, and now i have a license already in NY. I want to bring back my license in CA again cause i am here and my family right now in CA. I checked the process regarding endorsing your license in CA and they will need your TOR from school, and i heard the curriculum between the Philippines and California is now different, my question is, AM I AN EXCEMPTION TO THIS?? CAUSE I TOOK THE NCLEX EXAM IN THE FIRST PLACE HERE IN CA..
Please help me if anyone has a case just like mine

No you won't be exempted. You still need to meet the requirements of the CA BON even if you are endorsing from another state.
