Does anybody know what happens after they send your packet to AG, and how long it takes before they contact you? My packet was sent 2/14/25 to AG, and I have not heard anything since.
I just hit three months, so ready to put this behind me, also I'm second-guessing nursing altogether. Thinking about leaving the floor, which I love the patients, and trying to figure out what's going on with them, even just talking and learning about differences in culture. Some of these hospitals are no good, and will railroad nurses, you have to watch all the unethical things they do, and the minute you speak up they will do you in and if you don't have representation you will end up in a position you don't want to be in, than you think do I advocate or close my mouth. I have to leave because I will be right back before the BON. The BON needs to check on nurses and protect them, not all, but the majority. These hospitals don't want you to speak-up for fellow nurses, put them on units that they have not been trained for, don't speak up and say the nurse is very uncomfortable:, and they could have a brand new nurse right out of school and make them go and work that unit. Nursing is not the way it use to be, and it is not the patients; it's the administration in these facilities. Think I might start teaching when I finish this process.

Hello everyone, I submitted my package for early termination of probation, on February 24, 2025. I just received a letter today that my package was sent to the OAG, for a stipulated settlement.!
Does anyone know, how long it takes for the AOG to complete the settlement.? I basically wait almost 4 months to get to this point. I'm just hoping it does not take too long.

Back when I was on probation, I turned in my petition for early termination back in August 2024, Since they don't do the hearings in an effort to streamline things, I was able to get my decision in November 2024.
Have a good clear line of communication with your probation monitor. I'm fortunate mine was pleasant and supportive to work with.
Feel free to DM me if you have any other questions.
