Why some applicants got their att or endorsement rn license even their or/dr cases were not concurrent??? Should i send an appeal and tell ca brn with their names and why is like that???
This is crazy. Please advice. Thanks.

They are my classmates we are batch 2009! They did not use fake TORs or cases it just happen they move here in US before 2010. And I move here in US 2011. So Idk why BRN has different eval to all applicants.

Ahh, ok, that might better explain the situation...the CA BRN implemented the strict enforcement of the concurrency regulations around November, 2011.
Applications received prior to the Nov. 2011 deadline were allowed to be processed without too much problems, tho, there's have been issues with some not getting their ATT or the endorsement, but overall, the CA BRN was a bit more lenient.
