Business Comp (summer)

I know there are for sure 2 of us taking it this summer. Anyone else? Figured I'd start the thread so we can help each other out through the class.

As far as the length, I couldn't find anything specific. I think that example was way over the top.

What a lousy example that was. There was so many abbreviations I couldn't stand to read it , even with the explanation of what they meant in the last part of it.

I submitted my planning document 3 hours late, lets see if I get knocked down or not. I'm just having trouble even caring right now, lol. I'm already tired of this class, and feel like this assignment is such a joke. Wonder how long it's going to take to get a grade and direction back on this? At least on these weekly discussion posts and memo's we know what it is he expects. This assignment is so poorly directed it seems, that I don't totally get what it is he wants.

Between this and the art class, I'm going to loose my mind. I thought taking 2 non nursing classes would be easier. It's so much harder than I ever imagined. It's also my first time doing 2 classes at once. Maybe attempting that at 9 months pregnant wasn't the best idea, haha:banghead: I just want this summer to be over... I'm only taking 2 weeks off for the baby, then it's back at it with another nursing course.

Well i got a 4 out of 5 on the planning doc. I am happy with that since i don't know what the heck i was doing; in fact i still don't know. He grades my stuff so fast, like i literally submit and within hours its graded.

I thought the Final creative communication paper was due this coming Friday is this correct? And did you guys check out the grading rubric which states we are suppose to have letter of transmittal, executive summary, table of contents, placement of graphics, and list of illustrations. How many words or pages should this thing be. It seems as though we will be writing a book.

It's due next Friday, we have 2 weeks to work on it. Someone asked under the Q&A about all that, he said you don't have to have graphics, so that gets rid of list of illustration and placement. What the heck is letter of transmittal though?

Just google it. That is what I did. It is basically just a letter stating that you have submitted this document and what it contains. Addressed to Prof. F and a couple sentences and a "Sincerely, XYZ". If you would like an example of the whole project I'd be more than happy to send it to your email. I got 100% on it. Let me know and good luck!!! You can make it!!
