Burlington County College Spring 2016

Published

Put in my application today for the Spring 2016 program, now the long wait to find out if I get in!! I will have all of my pre-requisites done by the end of this semester, except for the med class. I'm wondering if I should take that in the summer, will it help my chances of getting in? Thanks and good luck to everyone else who applied!!!

I just went and was told I have to wait to register. They even called the nursing department and they said there is a form that I have to get that they sign off on that allows us to register. They saw that one person was registered and said I don't know how they did that lol.

I was the first to register, that you saw..I went to Mount Laurel and she only asked for my admission letter and ID....

We should be receiving our packets any day now don't you think????

I would think so! I thought we would have already but obviously not :/. I wait for the mail everyday and still nothing. I thought about calling tomorrow and just asking if/when they are going out.

I have been checking the mail everyday too! Everything seems to be hurry up and wait! If you do talk to them and find anything out, please share!

So I just called and was told they will be mailed out in the next few weeks......ugh. She said they are still waiting on some things from different people and once they have everything they will send it out with instructions on how to register.

Thank you for letting us know! That is frustrating! I wish we knew what to get, so we could take care of books, supplies and uniforms atleast

Yes thank you for the info! I was just about to call but checked in here first :). It is frustrating because it would be so much better if we could be utilizing this time to get things we need instead of probably ending up with a week to do everything. I heard there are 2 packets that go out (at 2 different times)....did anyone else hear this?

I had to email the school about obligations for January prior to starting class bc I have a trip planned. She said we have an orientation Jan 5th from 4-7pm. Just an FYI. Any information is better than none :)

Some news is definitely better than none so thank you very much. That is very helpful at least I can plan around that. I wish they would send these packets already lol.....I was a patient person before this now my nerves are on edge waiting and waiting and waiting!!! :)

I just want to register already so I can find out if my student loans will cover the entire amount of tuition and books. I just noticed the book list was up the other day. I want to order my books and start reading already but I don't want to pay out of pocket if I don't have to!

Yeah I hear ya! I am in the same boat. Just one book is like $462. When I was looking last week it was gonna be $800-900 in just books so I too would like to avoid paying out-of-pocket and use my student loans if possible.
