Burlington County College Spring 2016

Published

Put in my application today for the Spring 2016 program, now the long wait to find out if I get in!! I will have all of my pre-requisites done by the end of this semester, except for the med class. I'm wondering if I should take that in the summer, will it help my chances of getting in? Thanks and good luck to everyone else who applied!!!

Thanks you too!! Nothing yet:(

Haven't checked my email in a while and just noticed that in 2017 our nursing classes will be held at the Mt. Laurel campus. It's a little closer for me and I like that campus better!!!

Oh man! I am really hoping they come in this week! Impatiently waiting! Oh really? I did not know that about the mt laurel campus! I've only been there a few times when I took chemistry lab. It is nicer. Both campuses are 20-30 min from me. I am not sure if I even ever used my school email. I think it was forwarded to my home email. I'll look into that!

Such a dreary day outside, it would great to go home after this 16hr shift and find a packet in my mail rofl. Seriously I'm so bored waiting that I've started extreme couponing as a hobby to take up my time.

Haha! Seriously! I feel like we had to rush around to get our part done just to hurry up and wait!

Seriously.....

Nothing again!

All this waiting makes me feel like I am going crazy lol. I feel like I need to be getting things done and preparing but we are at a stand still....hopefully we all get something in the next few days!!!!! I heard about everything going to Mt. LAUREL....I personally was thrilled. I like that campus so much more. Pemberton is kinda outdated and gloomy in my opinion.

I fully agree with wanting to be getting things done and getting prepared! So much to do in so little time! I am getting frustrated!

I'd like to schedule a doctors appointment because lately it takes forever to get an appointment with my doctor but I don't know exactly what I need to get done. Besides the physical I'm guessing a two step ppd and possibly titer test?

Yes, they are going to want the Titers done for hep b, mmr and varicella I believe plus the two step ppd. I scheduled my appointment for the end of the month in the hopes that we'll have our paperwork before then. I just want everything to be done in one shot and go smoothly! I had a ppd done in October for my job, but I'm sure I'll have to get another one because it wasn't a two step. I think they also check for syphillis with the blood test as well. I had a few patients last year that came in for a physical for bcc's nursing program.

Ok good that's what I thought. I just had my ppd done last month for work as well but not the two step. I also have to call and get another CPR card mailed out because somehow I lost mine.

Oh no! Hopefully they will get the cpr card out to you quickly! Too bad they won't take our current ppd! Lol
