There wasn't a yellow form attached. I was thinking she was referring to next Friday, and we would be receive the form that day. I also printed out the form online and gave it to my pcp to fill out. Thanks for the help!

Hello- I was following this thread because I'm hoping to get accepted in the January Hybrid nursing program. Does any one have experience at Bunker Hill in the hybrid program? I was curious about clinicals? do you stay at the same place for all the semesters? do they place you near your home or wherever there is availability? Just curious. Hope you are all doing well!

Hello, I wanted to ask you if you finally graduated from bhcc and your opinion about this program.

Are you working now? And did you like the clinical sites? I'm not sure where they are at.

Any advice you could give would be great. I'm deciding between this and medical imaging. Thanks!

Hello!! I apply for the fall 2016, but I did really bad on the teas "64", I only have "A" for all pre-requirements. Do you guys think I still got a chance?

My understanding is the teas is a pass or fail test. As long as you meet the minimum requirement to pass the teas your application stays. I was told they use it to weed out the people who cannot pass. In theory it shouldn't matter if you pass with a 90 or a 67

They are pretty flexible , just depends if there's a seat, there usually are
