I was wondering if there is anyone on here from Bullhead City....I'm hoping my immigration is through in about 6 months and thought I'd start the making friends thing.

Hi,
Why is no one replying?
I just got contacted by a recruiter for this area.
I'd like some info, too!

Then they don't need any nurses!

Bullhead city - don't know much about it other than it is attached to Laughlin, NV. Tons of casinos with good gambling.
The company I work for provides medical care at a prison in Kingman, AZ, which is 30 minutes away. All of our nurses in Kingman seem very nice and capable of performing above standard nursing care.
(I'm in Texas, but have to go to our facility in Kingman a few times a year.)
I've been here for 15 years. I'm a CNA.
Can't be so bad if you've been there that long. I'm taking an RN position at Western AZ.
I moved here when I was 5. My parents moved to Iowa last year and I stayed. It's got it's share of "interesting" people, but for the most part, I love it here. I LOVE my job. It's fun times.
:balloons: Surprise! I had an interview with a facility in Bullhead City today and really like the Nurse Manager.
They have offered me a position. Just to be sure (I am an impulsive person), I told my recruiter I would sleep on it.
I'm going to take it.
Bullhead City itself may or may not be Shangri-La; but they put you up at Laughlin, NV, across the river. That looks cool. Plus you're only about an hour from Las Vegas (never been there.)
Might go to the Grand Canyon, too, while we are there.
The job sounds great. I wish I already had my license!
