Broward College Spring 2021

Published

Hey guys! Anyone planning on applying for the January/Spring 2021 start date at Broward? I know the applications just opened up.

I know there's 3 different campuses where they're holding the nursing program. I'm worried about getting the furthest campus. I'm hoping for North Campus since it's only 35-40 minutes away. ?

@nbryan22

I went to Florida career college for the medical Assistant program back in 2010  and I’m stuck with a loan of 18k.!
 And if I don’t get in January then I’m def applying for the Summer .!

Do you know what the difference is between all the campuses?

That’s what I’m hoping for too! That’s why I didn’t apply at PBSC.. I just couldn’t do the 1+ hour drive every day.

OMG I thought Florida career was supposed to be affordable like bc. But I know a lot of people that are coming from kieser and Florida career college to BC for nursing because they can’t handle the classes/ prices so after this semester it’s gonna be even more competitive.

I think central campus has the really cool simulation lab if I’m not mistaken. But other than location I don’t think there’s much difference

I was so close to go into Keiser's program, got my acceptance letter and everything. But you can't work whatsoever, classes are from Monday-Saturday. Clinicals are sometimes on Saturdays. And since FAFSA wouldn't cover everything, they wanted me to make $1,100 payments every month. Like what???

Florida career college is not accredited for nursing.

I was this ?? Close to apply at Keiser but I heard and research many stories of keiser nuring ! but that is ridiculous that’s like paying a rent to something !

The difference is mainly the locations, and your professors, and who your Associate Dean is.

Central Campus - Davie

South Campus - Hollywood/Pembroke Pines
North Campus - Coconut Creek
