Broward College Nursing Program Spring 2022

Hi guys! Did any one else here apply? The wait is killing me! ? I thought we can keep each other company and exchange words of encouragement as we wait!

Im also checking twice a day ? trying to keep myself busy as well, if not I start playing the refresh game on the portal LOL!

I looked back at some discussion groups from the last few semesters and I compared dates I think maybe 20-25 business days we should find out if we’re invited. (Hopefully sooner ???)  So many life adjustments to make once the ball starts rolling (IF I get accepted and the ball starts rolling) so Im anxious to begin the process. I just keep reminding myself that there have been so many students in our position and Im sure they didn’t die from anxiety LOL! So we should be fine. I guess you can say the waiting makes the process fun! ?

Did any of you apply for PBSC and BC? 
By the way, you’re all going to get accepted. Keep the faith. Although, I’m going to be in the same predicament in May 2022.

Does anyone here know anyone that is currently enrolled in the program? Im curious what the class schedule is like for the first semester. 

I graduated May 2020. The first semester is probably the hardest bercause you have a lot of foundation to understand before you proceed to the other classes. but it is 100% doable if you put the work in. I never failed a class.

My best advice is to enjoy this time while you can. Once nursing school starts it is a lot of time and effort you have to utilize. I know the wait is tough but refreshing your email does not make it come faster. Enjoy the beautiful weather!

Hi Everyone! 
I am a recent graduate in May 2020 at Broward College. If I can first say - MAKE YOUR OWN EXPERIENCE, everyone looks at things differently. If you go into it based on other people you will set yourself up for a negative mindset. Broward College is tough, but I PROMISE you, it has more than prepared me in the short two years. I enjoyed all of it, the learning, the stress, the tears, the friends...make the best of it. I was a tutor, mentor, and nursing club treasurer, and vice president. I value supporting others and giving time back. If you have questions let me know.
