Hey everyone! I know it's a little early for the January (spring) 2018 process but I'm super anxious! I basically wanted to start this topic so that every one applying for the 2018 term could all help each other out! I am retaking a course at Keiser then my GPA will be higher and my overall HESI score is an 88%. Post any questions, comments, or concerns! Good luck to everyone! (:
One question. If you guys had the opportunity to have the Baptist scholarship form nova university bsn program but you live in fort Lauderdale. Would you take it and drive 5 days a week from fort Lauderdale to Kendal in miami which like 2 hours drive daily for 27 months.
i was a first semester student at nova and left... now im applying to broward college nursing program. Financial wise i'd say broward college however Nova has an awesome nursing program too! so it just based on your preference.

I would never take a drive that long if I could avoid it. If you're late for clinicals, you're going to be out of the program. Traffic is not a valild excuse for being late. You can apply for scholarships at BC. Lots of people get them. I have gotten some.
The gas, the stress of traffic, if anything happens on the way, get behind an accident... too many chances to lose your place in the program.
Hey guys! I have been reading this thread, I also applied for January 2018. I also check the status of my application frequently. So when I saw that the status changed from "Application in review" to "Pre-program application", I called them and asked what it means? The lady on the phone told me that we just changed the name but it still means that application is still in review. So ya it's when we see the "Pre-Admission" is when we can be like YESS THANK GOD! lol just wanted to clarify this. Also, when I check my application, there is not a check for where it says "evaluated". Anyone know what that means?
