I have all the pre-reqs done, I am taking a short semester of MAC1105 that will be over in March, so I will be able to apply for August. I still need to take the HESI, I am nervous about that!

So far I have a 3.6 GPA in all my pre-reqs (A&P 1&2 and labs and ENC1101)

I've taken Microbiology too, so I wont have to take it in the core.

Where do you want to go Central?

Nice! Don't worry, Hesi was super easy. You will def get in with that gpa if trends continue. I want to go to central just for the Sim lab even if it is a little far from my house, I just wanna get me future rolling already!!!!

I'm currently in A&P 2, but I still want to try to get my application in by the deadline. I'm aiming to take the HESI next month, and Microbio in the summer. I got an A in A&P 1 (lecture and lab) and a B in ENC1101 so I think I'd have a chance..

what was on the HESI, how in depth was the A&P section? I took it like 5 years ago, so im a little rusty on it

Very general. It had questions on joints, directions of flexion and extension, body planes, heart anatomy, nothing too hard.

I went to Broward College. Great program Excellent passing rate. Very proud to have gone there. You will learn a lot. Graduated Dec. 2008. Good luck.

Nice!!!!! Sometimes I get nervous at the stories I hear about the program but I try to put them aside.

Do not panic. Find a great study group. Makes all the difference in the world. It is a rewarding profession.
