Broward College Nursing Program August 2016

Hello!

I just wanted to make a thread for nursing program at BC for this coming Fall semester.

I passed the Hesi last week after 4 days of studying. (Got tired of studying the Elvesier book so I took my chances)

My overall score: 85%. My lowest score's reading: 78% ( English is my second language and I took this section last so didn't have enough time to really read the questions)

I turned in my application last Wednesday. The lady said to look for an email around May- June.

Anyone is applying for Fall? Did your status on myBC change yet?

What was the total for complio?

My total was $166.. I don't know if it's right it's a little confusing.

ADN is 'Associates Degree Nursing' so that is correct. The other option was RN-BSN which is not the option to choose.

Do we have to order the immunization too?

Yes immunizations too. We are to upload copies.

On Complio, we're supposed to upload the documents on there...I noticed a section "LPN license"....what do I do with this section, do you know?

I was also confused with this portion. I chose the 'exempt' option when you click the LPN requirement.

I was looking at the comprehensive package 21 and older.

Mine is 21 and younger. It says it includes, criminal background check, VECHS, and 10 panel drug screening. And the total came up to $158. I haven't purchased it because I dont want to purchase the wrong packet. But my question is, I won't be able to upload any immunization info or my ceo's until after I purchase the packet correct?

My package contains the same thing too.I didn't pay for it neither i want to make sure that i order the correct one i will chat with an agent tomorrow.

It's a bit confusing. for the program of study there's only one option for nursing and it is ADN Nursing. Is this correct?

I think so. I chose it too.

$166, in state student, 21 and older. If you're older than 21, you will need to get that package. $158 one is for younger than 21.
