Hi everyone I didn't see one made yet so I guess this will be the official thread for BC May 2015!

Uhhhh idk in the past threads I've noticed that people were stressing over the financial aid as well and then it would kick in like right before class payments were due. So hopefully we get the same results!

I'm really anxious they haven't sent any registration codes yet, however my status has officially changed to ACCEPTED and I paid 30.00 for the drug test on mybc so I have no holds on my account against registration.

Hey everyone! I went to Quest Diagnostics today for the drug screening. The receipt I was given was very thin piece of paper, did anyone else get that as well? I hope there was nothing more that I needed. Even though I scheduled an appointment, the wait was pretty long, and felt even longer with a full bladder. :roflmao:

Also, it seems that the HSC courses are only offered online starting 4/27 at BC. Do you think there will be earlier online courses or is that it? If not, I guess I'll take them on campus. I'd like to get them done sooner rather than later, but I didn't want to do them before orientation- just to be on the safe side and in case there was information I needed to know.

Anyways, I'll be doing the criminal background & drug screening tomorrow. I should be finished with the rest of the requirements soon! Hope you all are moving along nicely! :)

Hey everyone! Ah913 it was nice to meet u too! (Though I think everyone at the 9:00 orientation heard me calling out your screen name when we couldn't find u)LOL! Don't worry we should be getting emails today!

Fyi everyone in past threads I've read about people having trouble registering and I believe it had to do with the $30 fee so make sure u pay before tomm to be safe even if u haven't gone yet.

M0nk3y007 don't worry all I got was the little slip from the lab too. Nicole said at orientation that some of us might just get the little slip. Just make sure u make 2 additional copies. As for the HSC courses don't worry about the date it says once u pay it shows up on the d2l about 30 mins later and u can take it right away.

I don't quiet understand where to go to get what and what to do online when it comes to the drug screening, criminal background check, online background check, fingerprinting. Its kinda confusing. I need your help please.

Sweetcup don't freak out just yet! :roflmao: Ok the email that Nicole is going to send out will have all that information in it. However if you want to take care of it now without waiting go to the BC website, on the home page click on admissions tab on the top, (let it take you to the admissions home page), from there on the left hand side, the second box it says "additional admissions" click on health science. There it will take you to a different page click on option 5 and that will have the pdf forms u need to print out for your physical, the online background check and finger printing. The drug screening u just have to go to a Quest lab with the requisition form given to us at orientation. Make sure you keep the little receipt the lab gives you and print out the confirmation form at the end of the online background check. Also the finger printing place will give u a copy for your records and a sealed envelope that you submit to the school with all your other stuff once you complete it. Don't open the envelope! If you need any other help please let us know!! :)

Lol yeah I just saw she sent the email. Sweetcup you can just print them out directly from the links she provided.

Dridri nope! No campus emails yet. I'm guessing we'll be getting it shortly!
