Broward College Nursing January 2016

Hey everyone, I'm applying to the nursing program for January 2016 at Broward College. I guess this will be the official thread for the January 2016, Broward college nursing students; since no one has made one yet. Who else is applying for this term and what courses do you have remaining to finish pre reqs? I'm currently enrolled in A&P 2 lecture and lab and also a math class which are the last two courses I need to apply. I finish the classes in August yayyy :)

I haven't received my financial aid yet. I stopped by financial aid at North campus today and asked when will Spring financial aid be awarded if you still have not been awarded yet.

She told me that if you have no red flags on your fafsa application status you will be awarded before the fee due date for spring classes. She said the only students that have already been awarded for spring has attended a previous term such as fall.

I did but I'm still listed under an A. A degree for spring. I went to financial aid to ask why and he said that if they change it now it will mess up my classes for this term. I graduate next month so he said that it will reset my sap. And they will pay for spring classes. I'm praying that he is co4ect

Starting to get scared. I am enrolled in one class this fall so financial aid is only showing me a reward based on part time. The due date is Dec 2.... I wonder when this will get corrected?

Don't be just go and check in person.. and make sure it done before Thanksgiving break if possible. I'm personally going back to career source in the morning to take my tabe hopefully they will pay for some just in case of any mishaps. I know all to we'll how they have something posted on your acct. And change it without notice.

Haven't en checking in as much so I may have missed this somewhere in the thread. But I got my fingerprinting done and they gave me the paper back with all of the stamps and then an envelope and said give it to the school. Am I attaching the envelope & the form to hand in?

The classes are all separate. It will be osha separate from tb separate from hep c. They don't add up to six so you have to do the infection barrier precautions 4 hr to make up for it. That is what I was told from north nursing dept and that's what I did. I hope this helps.

Does anyone know if it's the same at central campus?

Nope I'm still waiting. It keeps saying 2015-2015 awards are being posted.
