Broward College Nursing January 2016

Hey everyone, I'm applying to the nursing program for January 2016 at Broward College. I guess this will be the official thread for the January 2016, Broward college nursing students; since no one has made one yet. Who else is applying for this term and what courses do you have remaining to finish pre reqs? I'm currently enrolled in A&P 2 lecture and lab and also a math class which are the last two courses I need to apply. I finish the classes in August yayyy :)

I'm still going back and forth between north and central but mostly likely north. From what I hear it will be worth the drive.

Does anyone know if they update the pre admissions for everyone at once? My status still says application in review....I see that all of you guys got pre admission and this is pretty depressing that mine didn't change. I am hoping that tomorrow it will change....I want this more than anything.

Hi Diana0203, keep your head up, you just never know! From the looks of it. We were getting our updates at different times throughout Friday. Some people rec. Updates sooner than others that applied before them with higher GPA's. When did you apply? I know Melonie was initially given an alternate seat pending availability and hours later hers changed to pre admission she has a 2.7 ..just keep the faith you may hear something tomorrow. I they said all decisions would be out by the 30th. And we haven't received emails with our orientation date yet so maybe they are waiting to send them out after everything is final. Good luck I will pray for you.

Yeah. Don't worry to much I was crushed when I first got thealternate seat pending availability on my application status but then I check again when I got to work and it had been changed to pre admission. So don't give up

Pre Admission, I did all the CEs on Ceufast, but I haven't not paid any fees yet. I plan on attending North Campus because it's less than 10 minutes away from where I live.

You are in a similar position I was in for the August term. I applied June 22 and they told me i still had a chance as they had not sent out acceptances but in reality the class was full and I had to wait for spring. It's very discouraging but hopefully people don't accept their position and you get in. In my case, I did not and had to wait a semester. Best of luck!

Hey do you know the EXACT courses we have to do and also, are they all online and are you sure this year BCC accepts those ?
