Broward college Nursing Jan 2015

Published

Hello, this is a thread for any current nursing students at Broward college or those who have recently been accepted. I'm a bit confused on Broward's admission criteria. What classes exactly do they use to calculate the gpa?

I remember Nicole said that the papers were on the website. I have a lot of classes. I can't do them any other day. I m taking the risk

I did everything Friday and Saturday from the information on the website so you should be more than okay :)

@bfernandez143, Thanks. I m trying to get everything done by this week. Thanks a lot

Wow, where did you go for your physical? Do they accept insurance?

I went to Doctor 365, they do not accept insurance because it's for school, they are open 8-8pm everyday. You can only make appointments 24 hours in advance but I didn't even wait at all by doing this. It's in Plantation. I got my physical, tetorifice, PPD, MMR titer, Hep B titer, Varicella titer and the flu shot for $259.00. It's the cheapest I found anywhere else.

Hey gyus i got an email from North Campus. Check your emails.

Thank you! I've heard about Doctors 365, thought you went some where else. Guess that's where I'll be going since everyone says they're the cheapest; I need to save as much as possible lol

Anyone get the central campus email? I got everything but central.

Are the emails you guys are getting to choose the classes at the campus you want to go to?

Yes, it's the emails with the reference codes from each campus.

Is it just me or does North and South campus have lab 1 day only? The central registration shows 2 days o.o;

Anyone plans on working while in nursing school? I do eyelash extensions so my job is flex. I make my own hours. I hope I can keep my job! ;_;

I saw that too but according to other people it'll just be one day after the first week of each semester (the first week you have to go two days) but again this is just what I heard so I'm not sure.
