Hello, this is a thread for any current nursing students at Broward college or those who have recently been accepted. I'm a bit confused on Broward's admission criteria. What classes exactly do they use to calculate the gpa?

Mariposa, do you know why the schedule says two days for central campus but only 1 for south and north though?

It always says that. Because when you're in class your professor will tell you they can require you to come on either day. It never changes. Happened to me this semester with last minute schedule changes. Usually tue and wed for process 1 & 2 used the first 2 weeks both days. You really need to plan to be at school both days because you never know if they require lab time.

Yeah nothing else is working. Im on hold with registration now. Hopefully they can get this fixed!

In the meantime add all your other classes so they don't get full

Thats the problem lol. I cant add any except the MTB course.

I logged on to register at like 8:10 and one of the labs were already full, they're going quickly!

I received this message for HSC1149, "Registering for classes at different campus/centers" I checked the reference numbers and they all match the ones on the list. I was able to successfully register for central campus however :)

Process one and two will be different than your specialties and gigu. Idk why someone else is telling you it's only one day a week. Don't go by the broward site schedule, tomorrow is the last day of clinical for my bf according to the site, but today is the last day per instructor. The process classes will have you in school Monday through Friday UNTIL you get to your GIGU. I'm at Central, he's at South. :)

I received the same message "Registering for classes at different campus/center" I think it's because the labs say 'hospital' I was still registered successfully though as well.
