Broward College nursing fall 2018

Hi! I know it's pretty early to start a thread for fall but I just wanted to see somewhat of what other people have in their classes and HESI. I have to retake the anatomy portion of the test but everything else I passed, and I have a GPA of 3.18. Also, I was in another nursing program before this and didn't do so well because of what was going on in my life during that time. Do you think this will be a big issue regarding getting in??

Have you received an email? No way you got denied with 14 points.

I am so confused. My status still says Pre Program Application, does that mean I was denied? I got 14 points I did not think I would be denied. I'm kind of devastated right now. Maybe mine hasn't changed yet but I thought everyone gets their decision at once?????

Nevermind I got my admissions email wooooo!!!!! Not sure why my status has not changed yet though. My orientation is July 10th í ½í¸

That happens when you register for classes. You would register for your first semester classes on the campus you want to attend.

I think at orientation they will let us pick our preference however if I am not mistaken based on space they will have the final say so as to which campus we will attend. I am just so excited I don't care where they send me(I live closer to south) but I am so thankful for the opportunity.

You will get a list of classes to register for. You have to pick the classes on the campus you want. So basically you need to register for classes on the campus you want before it fills up.

The email is a bit confusing..I copied and pasted that part below..it says if you can and cant to reply with name and id#

"You must confirm your attendance, by replying to this email with your full name and student identification number by Monday, July 9, 2018 no later than 4:00 p.m.

If you are unable to attend this Pre-Admission Meeting, reply to this email with your full name and student ID number to discuss your options."

You need to reply, regardless, with your name and student ID number. Everyone is required to attend a pre-admissions session. Not sure what is confusing.... but I will review for future acceptances.

If there is An issue with attending your scheduled time, please let us know so we can discuss your options. Otherwise, you need to reply with your name and student ID number confirming you are attending your scheduled time.
