Broward College nursing fall 2018

Hi! I know it's pretty early to start a thread for fall but I just wanted to see somewhat of what other people have in their classes and HESI. I have to retake the anatomy portion of the test but everything else I passed, and I have a GPA of 3.18. Also, I was in another nursing program before this and didn't do so well because of what was going on in my life during that time. Do you think this will be a big issue regarding getting in??

Me too at least by next Wednesday we should all hopefully know for sure. I pray that we are all accepted and succeed. I am mentally prepared to stop working and study very hard because it will all be worth it!!!best of luck to everyone.

I'm quitting my job as well, which is so scary because I've had a stable income for years. I am so hoping I do well and it's all worth it.

Quitting my job as well. Hoping for scholarships...my plan is to take a year off and then get a part time for the last few months.

Same plan here. I believe the first semester is rough in terms of the workload and then after is when it cuts in half. I just want to dedicate my full time to studying with no distractions. I purchased my planner and everything so I can just be organized and get through.

Hi! Nope, mine still says "Application in Review" and my points haven't been applied yet.

Mine says "Application in Review" and still no points here either. I don't think decisions will be out this week but then again, who knows.

Decisions, via formal acceptance letter by email, should be sent out by next Wednesday. That's when the 30 day processing period is up.

From what I understand if you got an email acknowledging your application, your points will be posted by the end of the 30 day processing period.

June 28 is our deadline, that is Thursday. Decisions will be out by then.

Everyone will be updated before decisions go out.
