Broward College May 2017

Anyone Applying to the May 2017 program? I wanted to get into the January program but I was missing a math class and couldn't complete it in time for the January program.

Hahaha. You're going to drive yourself crazy.

As if I wasn't constantly checking this site or my limited access application enough before I'm literally checking morning as soon as I wake up mid day and right before I go to bed LOL I'll be calm once I get my new points awarded. GOODLUCK TO US ALL ❤️

I wasn't aware of clinicals on Saturdays or Sundays. Oh Lord I have an upcoming invite to a wedding that I may have to cancel.

Thank you for your insight and input on this. Very much appreciate it.

I feel you on that one I have like 5 weddings this year .... idk how I am going to do it

really good gpa. The higher the gpa the better your chances are.You have 16 points. 4.0=16, 3.9=15, 3.8=14, 3.7=13 and so forth

Hi!

I have a 4.0 GPA, but I am not sure about how to calculate the points.

They are not offered every semester. It is occasionally offered depending on the availability and need further down the road in the program.

If you registered for a weekday clinical you'll stay on that day. Very rarely do they swap students around from the day or instructor they registered for; although at North Campus, if we really wanted a particular day/group/hospital once they had organized the groups, the instructors gave us the option to swap with someone from that group. (Obviously it had to be before the start of hospital clinical).

But yes. Occasionally there may be a weekend clinical.

Thanks for clarifying.

Guys do we need to be CPR certified? Sorry for the dumb question, If so I need to start shopping around for prices LOL

Yes, CPR basic life support. Has to be from an American Heart Association approved program.
