Anyone Applying to the May 2017 program? I wanted to get into the January program but I was missing a math class and couldn't complete it in time for the January program.

Good Morning, from my understanding if the other state school has your transcript and they see that you passed the class I don't think they would allow you to take it their either. Although I'm not sure. BC does have the grade forgiveness,but I thought it was when you have a failing grade in the class. You may want to contact the institution your thinking of attending to retake the class and see if they would allow you to retake it if you passed it already. Then ask BC would they accept the higher grade from them. I took my class at Keiser. It was expensive, but the class was only 1 month which was really good instead of a full semester. Best of luck

So if I were to retake a class at a state university, they wouldn't take the credits for it?

This will be my last post on here until after decisions come out... At least I hope it is so please refrain from giving any advice or answering any questions unless you know its 100% accurate..... :) I will still be monitoring the board for wrong information; please don't take it personal if I do not stop to answer questions on when decisions will be out.

Please do not email us or call us asking for your status. You can monitor your status online through your MYBC account. Once we are ready to make decisions, statuses are changed manually... So please refrain from emailing us with things like "My friends status was changed and mine wasn't. We have the same GPA."

No, I do not have a specific date decisions will be out. All you can do now is watch your BC email and your MYBC account. I understand everyone wants to know.

Please do not try and register for any NUR classes HOPING you are accepted. You will not be able to. The courses have designators attached to them and can only be registered for AFTER you attend orientation (should you be invited) and accept your seat.

Points on your application are ONLY awarded for GPA, not HESI or MATH.

Good morning Nichole ,and everyone else. I wanted to know will decisions for the LPN to RN route come out with the generic route, or will transition hopefuls have to wait longer?

The deadline to apply for transition is today. We have 30 business days to send out decisions. The programs have two separate pools and deadline dates.

This is my first time posting. I have been following the forum for a while now. Yesterday my status changed to "Den-Transcript Not Evaluated". Does this mean that my transcripts are being evaluated? This is my first time applying.

Yes, it means we have sent the request to the evaluations team to have your transcripts evaluated.
